1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click Network and Internet.
3. Click Network and Sharing Center.
4. Click Change adapter settings.
5. Right–click the connection for which you want to change the IP address, and then select Properties.
6. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and then click Properties.
7. Select Use the following IP address, and then enter the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway.
8. Click OK two times.
