2. Select a subnet prefix that you want to use for your network.
3. Determine the range of IPv6 addresses available on your network.
4. Choose a static IPv6 address from the range and assign it to your computer or device.
5. Configure the device with the static IPv6 address, subnet prefix, and gateway address.
6. Test the connection to verify that the device can access the internet.
