1. Go to your computer’s Start menu and select “Control Panel”.
2. Click “Network and Sharing Center”.
3. On the left hand side, click on “Change adaptor settings”.
4. Right–click on the connection you want to change from Public to Private and select “Properties”.
5. Select the “Networking” tab.
6. Change the “Home networking connection” dropdown to “Private”.
7. Click “OK” to save the changes.
