1. Look for an IP address or a network name. These are usually provided by your internet service provider (ISP) or network administrator.
2. Look for an assigned number. This is usually referred to as the Network ID, and is usually a combination of numbers and letters.
3. Look for a subnet mask. This is a number used to define the range of available IP addresses for a network.
4. Look for a gateway address. This is the address of the device that acts as the entry point for a network.
5. Look for a DNS server address. This is the address of the server responsible for translating website names into IP addresses.
