Most routers will have a web address or an IP address that you can use to access the router’s web-based setup page.
To log into your router:
1. Open a web browser and type the router’s IP address in the address bar (usually 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1).
2. Press Enter.
3. When prompted, enter the router’s username and password.
The default username and password are usually printed on the router itself or in the manual. If you don’t know your router’s username and password, you may be able to find it on the manufacturer’s website.
4. Once logged in, you should be able to access the router’s settings and make changes as needed.
