To perform a factory reset on a Palo Alto firewall, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the web interface of the Palo Alto firewall.
2. Go to Device > Setup > Operations.
3. Select “Factory Reset” and then click “OK” to confirm the action.
4. The firewall will now reboot with factory default settings.
5. When the firewall is back online, log in and reconfigure the device with the necessary settings.
