1. On Windows:
a. Open the Command Prompt (Start > Run > cmd.exe)
b. Type ipconfig /all and press Enter
c. Look for the line that reads “Physical Address”. This is the MAC address of the router.
2. On Mac OS X:
a. Open the Terminal (Applications > Utilities > Terminal)
b. Type netstat -nr and press Enter
c. Look for the line that reads “default”. The MAC address of the router is the series of letters and numbers on the far right side of the line.
