1. Manually launch the AnyConnect Client.
2. Click the Options at the bottom left of the AnyConnect Client.
3. Select the Advanced Tab and uncheck the box for Validate Server Certificate.
4. Click OK and then Connect.
5. If the connection is successful, then the problem is with the server certificate validation.
6. To fix this issue, contact the system administrator and ask them to ensure that the server certificate is signed by a trusted Certificate Authority.
