The easiest way to force a Group Policy update on a remote computer is to open an elevated Command Prompt (“Run as Administrator”) on the remote computer and enter the command “gpupdate /force”. This will force the computer to download and apply any available Group Policy changes. It is important to note that this command can take several minutes to complete depending on the size of the policy.
