To get the IP address of a switch, you must first log into the switch‘s console port. Once logged in, you can use the command line interface (CLI) to navigate through the switch‘s menu and view its IP address. Alternatively, for most switches you can access its web interface by entering its IP address into a web browser. From its web interface, the IP address can usually be found under its network settings menu.
