1. Install the vCenter Server Converter Standalone on the current vCenter server and the target server.
2. Shutdown the current vCenter server.
3. On the target server, start the vCenter Server Converter Standalone.
4. Select the “Convert Machine” option.
5. Enter the source server details (the server which is currently running vCenter).
6. Select the “powered off” option and select the “This local machine” option.
7. Select the destination server (the target server where you want to migrate vCenter).
8. Select the “powered on” option and select the “This local machine” option.
9. Select the “Hot Clone” option.
10. Select the “Convert” button.
11. Wait for the conversion to finish.
12. Shutdown the target server.
13. Boot the target server and start vCenter.
14. Verify that all the settings and configurations were migrated correctly.
