1. Purchase a new hard drive and install it into your computer.
2. Download the Windows 10 ISO file from Microsoft.
3. Burn the ISO file to a USB drive or DVD.
4. Boot your computer from the USB drive or DVD.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows 10 on the new hard drive.
6. Once the installation is complete, your computer will be running Windows 10.
