1. Disconnect the power cable and other cables from your existing router.
2. Unplug the existing router from its current location.
3. Connect the power cable to the new router and plug it into the wall outlet.
4. Connect the router to your computer using an Ethernet or wireless connection.
5. Access the router’s admin panel, typically done by typing in the router’s IP address (such as 192.168.1.1) into a web browser.
6. Enter the router’s login details.
7. Follow the instructions in the admin panel to configure the router. This includes setting up the wireless network name (SSID) and password, as well as setting up security protocols.
8. Reconnect any additional devices that need to access the router, such as other computers, game consoles, smart TVs, etc.
9. Test the connection to make sure everything is working correctly.
