Unfortunately, Apple does not allow users to roll back to a previous version of iOS. Once you have upgraded to a newer version, you will not be able to go back. The only way to get back to a previous version is to use a backup from before the upgrade.
The only way to rollback to a previous iOS version is via Apple‘s Beta Software Program. You will have to register for the program and then download the old version you want to rollback to your device. Once downloaded, you can follow the on–screen instructions to install it. Be aware that this process may include some risks and you should make sure you have backed up your data in case anything goes wrong.
