1. Check the model number of your modem.
2. Visit the website of your modem’s manufacturer.
3. Install the latest firmware version for your modem.
4. Download the new firmware and save it to your computer.
5. Log into your modem’s configuration page.
6. Navigate to the modem’s “Firmware” section.
7. Select the new firmware version and click “Update”.
8. Wait for the modem to finish updating.
9. Reboot your modem.
