    4. Try resetting the TCP/IP protocol. You can do this by typing “netsh int ip reset” in the Command Prompt window without the quotes and pressing Enter.
    5. Reset your modem or router. Unplug the power cord from the modem or router, wait for few seconds and plug it back in.
    6. Uninstall and reinstall your Ethernet adapter driver. Go to Device Manager, find your Ethernet adapter, right-click on it and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer and Windows will automatically reinstall the driver.
