A smart grid network is an advanced electrical grid system that uses digital technology to monitor, analyze, and optimize the distribution and consumption of electricity. The smart grid network allows for two-way communication between the power grid and electricity consumers, allowing for greater control over electricity production, distribution and consumption. Smart grid networks also enable the integration of renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind power, into the power grid. Additionally, smart grid networks allow for more efficient and reliable electricity delivery and reduce the need for costly and unreliable peak power solutions.
