Blade servers are a type of server architecture that utilizes a chassis containing multiple thin and vertically mounted circuit boards, or blades, containing server components. Each blade includes its own processor, memory, storage, and networking components, allowing them to operate independently from other blades in the same chassis. Blade servers allow for a high-density computing environment and are often used in data centers, cloud computing, and large-scale computing applications.
