CDMA, or Code Division Multiple Access, is a type of radio communication system developed for digital cellular networks. It allows multiple users to access a shared network without interference, meaning that more people can use the same physical space than in other network technologies like GSM. The technology is based on spread–spectrum transmission, which allows multiple transmitters to send information simultaneously over the same frequency range, while also avoiding interference.
