Class switching is a consulting approach used to help organizations or individuals navigate change and transition into better, more productive ways of working. It involves combining traditional methods of teaching, mentoring, coaching and conflict resolution with experiential learning, self–discovery and personal growth. This approach allows the organization or individual to identify and challenge unhelpful mental models and break free from them. It also encourages experimentation, collaboration and creativity in order to reach desired outcomes. The goal is to help people make the most out of their current skills and knowledge while developing new ones.
