Fdisk is a command line utility in Unix and Linux operating systems used to manage hard disk partitions. It can create, delete, list, and set primary partitions on a hard drive, as well as display the existing partition table. Fdisk also provides information about the size and type of the partition, and can be used for formatting a partition prior to using it.
