A hard reset switch is a physical switch on a device that allows the user to reset the device to its factory settings. It is sometimes referred to as a “reset to factory settings” switch. This switch is usually located on the back or side of the device and is used to reset the device to its original configuration. It is important to note that a hard reset will erase all data stored on the device, so it should only be used if you are unable to access the device’s settings or if the device is malfunctioning.
