Poe Vulnerability is a type of cyber attack in which an attacker takes advantage of the fact that Poe (Power over Ethernet) devices allow both power and data to be sent over the same wire. It typically involves sending malicious signals or power surges through the cable to compromise Poe–enabled devices connected to the network, such as IP phones, wireless access points, and even laptops. Attackers exploit this vulnerability to gain control of the device, acquire sensitive information, and launch further malicious activities.
