Computer hardware refers to physical components of a computer system, such as the monitor, Central Processing Unit (CPU), keyboard, and mouse. Software, on the other hand, is the information processed by the hardware in order to complete tasks. It is the programs, applications, and operating systems that are installed onto the computer to perform specific functions. Hardware includes anything that can be touched, while software is the instructions that support the hardware and make it function.
