The Deep Web is the part of the Internet that is not indexed by search engines, such as databases and other content that normal search engines don’t have access to. The Dark Web is a subset of the Deep Web and is made up of websites that are only accessible using specialized software such as Tor, I2P, or Freenet. It is used for a variety of activities, both legal and illegal. The Dark Web is often associated with illicit activities such as the sale of drugs, weapons, and other illegal goods and services.
