SD–WAN is a cost effective and user friendly solution compared to MPLS. It provides faster performance and improved scalability, as well as better traffic control, better security, and easier deployment. SD–WAN allows businesses to dynamically route network traffic to ensure the most efficient use of the available bandwidth, while MPLS requires manual configuration or configuration software. Additionally, SD–WAN is designed to be more resilient than MPLS and can handle frequent topology changes such as link failures and bandwidth fluctuation more gracefully.
