You can get a public IP address from your Internet service provider (ISP). Your ISP will assign you a unique public IP address when you sign up for their services.
You can get a public IP address by connecting to the internet through your internet service provider (ISP) or through a virtual private network (VPN). Your ISP will provide you with a static public IP address that is associated with your account. If you use a VPN, you will be assigned a dynamic public IP address that changes each time you connect.
