1. Visit the Webex website and log in to your account.
2. Click the “Meetings” tab at the top of the page.
3. Click the “Schedule a Meeting” button.
4. Enter the necessary information, such as the meeting date and time, the participants, and any other relevant details.
5. Click the “Schedule” button to confirm the meeting.
6. Once the meeting is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the meeting.
7. Share the meeting link with the participants.
8. At the scheduled meeting time, click the link to join the meeting.
9. Once in the meeting, you can use the features available within the Webex platform to facilitate the meeting.
