1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click on User Accounts and Family Safety.
3. Click on User Accounts.
4. Click on Add or remove user accounts.
5. Click on Create a new account.
6. Enter the desired name for the new user, select an account type and then click Create Account.
7. Set a password for the new account.
8. Click Create Password.
9. Click Finish.
10. The new user account is now created and ready for use.
