1. Open the Server Manager by clicking its icon in the taskbar, or by pressing the Windows key and typing “Server Manager” into the search box.
2. Click “Tools” in the upper–right corner of the window, then click “Active Directory Users and Computers”.
3. Right–click on the domain you want to add the user to, then select “New” and then “User”.
4. Enter the necessary information for the new user, such as first name, last name, and so on, then click “Next”.
5. Choose the user’s logon name and password, then click “Next”.
6. Enter any additional information, such as employee ID, phone number, etc., and then click “Next”.
7. Assign the user to any groups or roles, then click “Next”.
8. Click “Finish” to complete the user creation process.
