1. Open your router settings. You typically can access your router settings by typing 192.168.0.1 into your browser‘s address bar and entering your administrative credentials.
2. Locate the IP filtering or MAC filtering settings. Depending on your router, this may also be referred to as Access Control or something similar.
3. Enter the IP address you want to block in the appropriate field. You may need to click an “Add“ button to create a new entry.
4. Apply the settings according to your router‘s instructions. On most routers, this will mean hitting a “Save“ button or the like.
5. Reboot your router. This will ensure the new settings take effect.
