1. Open your Microsoft Office Visio document.
2. Select the “Design” tab from the ribbon at the top.
3. Select the “Set Connector Type” button in the Text group.
4. Select the desired connector type from the drop–down list.
5. Click the “All Connectors” button to have all existing connectors convert to the new type.
6. Click “OK” to save the changes and return to the document.

2. Click on the “File” tab and select “Options”.
3. Select the “Advanced” tab on the left-hand side of the window.
4. Scroll down to the “Connectors” section.
5. Under the “Default Connector” section, select the connector you would like to use as the default connector.
6. Click “OK” to save your changes.
