1. Open the Command Prompt by going to Start > Run, then typing ‘cmd’.
2. Type ‘ipconfig /release’ and press Enter. This will release the current IP address for your system.
3. Type ‘ipconfig /renew’ and press Enter. This will renew the IP address for your system.
4. Type ‘exit’ and press Enter to close the Command Prompt window.
