1. Open the Settings app.
2. Click on Network & Internet.
3. Click on Ethernet or Wi-Fi, depending on your connection.
4. Click on the Change adapter options link.
5. Right-click on your active connection and select Properties.
6. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties.
7. Select the radio button Use the following IP address.
8. Enter your desired IP address and Subnet mask.
9. Click OK to save the changes.
