1. Go to the Start menu, type “Network and Sharing Center“ and open it.
2. On the left pane, click on Change adapter settings.
3. Right–click on the active network connection (WiFi or Ethernet) and select Properties.
4. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click on Properties.
5. Select Use the following IP address option and enter your desired IP address.
6. Enter the corresponding subnet mask and default gateway addresses.
7. Click on OK.
