1. Click the Windows “Start“ button and select “Control Panel.”
2. Double–click the “Network Connections“ icon if it exists. If there is no such icon, click the “Network and Sharing Center“ option instead.
3. Right–click the connection you‘re using, such as a Local Area Connection or Wireless Network Connection, and select “Properties.”
4. Select “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)” and click “Properties.”
5. Select the “Obtain an IP address automatically“ and “Obtain DNS server address automatically“ options.
6. Click “OK“ to save the changes.
