1. Log into your Cisco router by typing enable and entering the current enable password.
2. Type configure terminal to enter global configuration mode.
3. Type enable secret followed by your chosen enable password.
4. When prompted, re-enter the password for confirmation.
5. Type exit to save the changes and exit global configuration mode.
6. Type exit again to exit the router.
