You can change the wireless network name for your HP Printer in a few simple steps:
1. On the touchscreen display of your printer, press the Setup button.
2. Select Network from the Setup menu.
3. Select Wireless Setup Wizard from the Network menu and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to the wireless network.
4. Once the connection is established, select Network Settingsfrom the Network menu.
5. Select Edit Network Name and enter the new network name.
6. Select OK and the new network name will be saved.
1. Open the HP Printer’s Embedded Web Server.
2. Click the Network tab located near the top of the page.
3. Click the Wireless tab near the left side of the page.
4. Select the option to edit the wireless network name (SSID).
5. Enter the new wireless network name into the text field.
6. Click the Apply button to save the changes.
7. Turn off and on the printer to allow the changes to take effect.
