1. Open your router’s web-based configuration page. This is usually done by typing your router’s IP address into a browser.
2. Log in. Depending on your router, you may need to enter a username and password.
3. Look for a setting labeled “UPnP”, “Universal Plug and Play”, or “Enable UPnP”.
4. If it is available, check the box to enable it. If it is not available, your router does not support UPnP.
5. Save the changes and exit the router’s configuration page.
