1. Open the App Store app from your Applications folder.
2. Click the Updates tab at the top of the App Store window.
3. Click the Purchased link at the top of the Updates window.
4. Click the arrow next to the Updates tab to see all the updates you’ve installed on your Mac.
You can also check the Software Update log in your system logs. To view this log, open the Console app from your Applications folder and select “System Logs” in the lefthand sidebar. Within the list of logs, you’ll see a “Software Update” log which will provide a detailed history of your Mac’s updates.
