1. Open Wireshark and start capturing packets.
2. Select a packet in the packet list.
3. Select the “Details” tab in the bottom pane.
4. Locate the “Frame” section in the bottom pane.
5. Look for the length field, which will show you the total size of the data frame in bytes.
