1. Open Finder and select Go > Utilities from the menu bar.
2. Launch the Network Utility application.
3. Select Traceroute from the list of options.
4. Enter the domain name or IP address of the server to which you would like to check the route.
5. Press the Trace button to start the tracing process.
6. The route of the connection will be displayed in the output window.
