1. Open Packet Tracer and select the devices you wish to use.
2. Connect the devices with the appropriate cables.
3. Right click on the router and select “Configure” to open the router’s CLI.
4. Enter the command “enable” to enter enable mode.
5. Enter the command “configure terminal” to enter configuration mode.
6. Enter the command “ip nat inside source list [access-list-number] interface [interface-name]” to configure the router with NAT.
7. Enter the command “ip nat inside source static [inside-ip] [outside-ip]” to configure the static NAT mapping.
8. Enter the command “exit” to save the configuration.
9. Enter the command “show ip nat translations” to verify the NAT configuration.
10. Enter the command “write memory” to save the configuration to the router’s memory.
