1. Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the modem and the other end to the router‘s WAN port.
2. Connect another Ethernet cable from the router’s LAN port to your computer.
3. Power on both the modem and the router.
4. Open your web browser and type in the router’s IP address in the address bar (the default IP address is usually printed on the back or bottom of the router).
5. Log into the router using the default username and password (this will also be printed on the router).
6. Go to the Wireless settings tab and enter your network name and password.
7. Save the settings and exit the router’s web–based setup page.
8. You are now ready to connect to the wireless network with your computer or mobile device.
