To disable codes with Accessport, start by connecting the Accessport device to the vehicle’s OBD-II port. Once connected to the vehicle, select the “Diagnostics” tab from the main menu and then select “CEC/DTC Read”. Once the vehicle has been scanned, any codes present will appear on the right hand side of the screen. To disable specific codes, simply select the box next to the code and either click the “Disable” button or the “Clear” button. After the process is complete, reboot the Accessport and the codes should now be disabled.
