1. Open System Preferences and select the “Umbrella Roaming Client” icon.
2. Uncheck the “Enable Umbrella Roaming Client” box.
3. Click the “Save Changes” button.
4. Quit the Umbrella Roaming Client application.
5. Open the Terminal application and enter the following command:
sudo launchctl unload -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.cisco.umbrella.roaming-client.plist
6. Enter your administrator password when prompted.
7. Restart your Mac for the changes to take effect.
