1. Log into your router’s web-based configuration page.
2. Find the page that allows you to set up a static IP address. This page may be named something like “Network Settings” or “Local Network”.
3. Enter the IP address you want to use. Make sure it’s a valid IP address and not already in use by another device on your network.
4. Enter the gateway address. This is usually the same as your router’s IP address.
5. Enter the subnet mask. This is usually the same as your router’s subnet mask.
6. Enter the DNS server address. This is usually the same as your router’s DNS server address.
7. Save the settings.
8. Restart your device and check that it has the new IP address.
