1. Use the PowerShell cmdlet “Get-ADReplAccount” to get the list of users and their password hashes.
2. Use the dsquery command to pull the user account information from the Active Directory database.
3. Use the DSGet command to get the password hash from the Active Directory database.
4. Use the LDP.exe tool to connect to the Active Directory server and dump the password hashes.
5. Use the Ntdsutil.exe command to dump the password hashes from the Active Directory database.
