1. In the Server Manager console, click Local Server.
2. On the right side of the window, scroll down to the Remote Desktop section.
3. Click the On radio button next to the Allow Remote Connections to This Computer option.
4. Click the Apply button.
5. Click the OK button to save the changes.
6. Open the System Properties window by typing sysdm.cpl in the search bar.
7. Select the Remote tab.
8. Check the Allow remote connections to this computer option.
9. Click the Select Users button.
10. Add the users you want to allow RDP access.
11. Click OK to save the changes.
12. Click the OK button to close the System Properties window.
13. Open the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security window.
14. Select the Inbound Rules section.
15. Select the Remote Desktop (TCP-In) option and click the Enable Rule button.
16. Reboot the server for the changes to take effect.
