To enable Telnet Service in Windows 10, you can use the command-line utility.
1) First, open Command Prompt and type in ‘cmd’ then press Enter.
2) In the command prompt window, type in ‘dism /online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:TelnetClient’ then press Enter.
3) When the command executes successfully, restart your computer to complete the process.
You should now be able to use the Telnet Client in Windows 10.
